Paico end user license agreement

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A LICENSE, NOT A SALE
This Paico End User License Agreement (Agreement or License or EULA) is between the end user (hereinafter referred to as You or Licensee), and Shenzhen Pixso Technology Co.,Ltd, the developer and owner of the AI design program and software (hereinafter referred to as Licensed Software or Paico).

BY USING OUR SOFTWARE AND SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

1. LICENSED SOFTWARE
The "Licensed Software" includes all online software, AI design generation tools, algorithms, interfaces, and documentation provided on paico.ai.

2. GRANT OF THE LICENSE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and your payment of the subscription fee (if applicable), Paico hereby grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the software. You may use the AI-generated designs in accordance with our commercial use terms tied to your subscription tier.

3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
Licensee may not and agrees not to:

  • Reverse engineer, extract, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or AI models of the Licensed Software.

  • Use the Licensed Software to train competing artificial intelligence models or design tools.

  • Remove or obscure Licensor's copyright or trademark notices.

  • Use the Licensed Software in any manner that is illegal or not authorized by this EULA.

4. SOFTWARE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
In order to provide and improve the AI models, features, and user experience, we may automatically collect and process information concerning the way Paico is being used. Information is gathered for the purpose of statistical analysis and AI model enhancement.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
The Licensed Software, its AI models, structure, and code are the intellectual property of the Licensor. Except as expressly provided in this EULA, Licensee is not granted any intellectual property rights over the Licensed Software itself. However, rights to the specific designs generated by the AI for the user are granted to the user based on their active subscription tier.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS, OR COSTS WHATSOEVER, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF AI-GENERATED DESIGNS OR THE SOFTWARE.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All purchases and interactions are governed by the local laws of HK.
