Subscription terms

You may access the AI design platform on this website paico.ai through Paico, subject to the following terms and restrictions.

Software and AI Services Copyright Protection
Paico grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the software and AI-powered tools made available as part of the Service. You may exercise this license only in accordance with these Subscription Terms and Paico's Terms & Conditions, and only for the purposes permitted by those terms. Paico's platform interface, proprietary AI-powered features, and related materials are protected by applicable copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. This license does not transfer ownership of the Service or any related intellectual property rights to you.

Plans, subscriptions, and AI credits
Each registered Paico account includes a default Free workspace. Plans and benefits apply at the workspace level. The default workspace (the initial workspace created upon registration) receives 100 trial AI credits per month, and each allocation is valid for 31 days. Personal and Professional are paid workspace plans. Credits included with a paid plan refresh each billing cycle, expire after 31 days, and do not roll over.

Plan and billing details
The Personal plan is intended for individual creators. The Professional plan supports team collaboration, member management, and shared workspace credits. Current prices, billing terms, credit allowances, and plan features are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. If the information shown at checkout differs from this page, the checkout information for your order will apply.

AI credit top-ups
A workspace with an active Personal or Professional subscription may purchase additional AI credit packs. Each top-up is a one-time purchase, has its own validity period of 12 months from purchase, and is independent of the subscription billing cycle. Unused top-up credits expire at the end of their validity period. Access to top-up credits also requires an active paid workspace subscription.

Software and AI upgrades
The updates are for occasional improvements, enhancements, and development of the AI models and Service. This may take the form of bug fixes, better AI generation quality, or entirely new AI modules. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Service.

Manual renewal and workspace downgrade
Paid plans do not renew automatically. Before the current paid period expires, the workspace owner must manually complete payment to renew the plan or begin a new subscription period. If payment is not completed before expiration, paid benefits will end, the workspace will be downgraded to the Free plan, and unused credits associated with the expired paid plan will be cleared. No liability for damages (including AI outputs)
Paico strives to provide high-quality design generation, but AI results can be unpredictable. Under no circumstances shall Paico be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind (including loss of business profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use this product, or relying on any AI-generated code or design assets.

Cancellation and refund
Paico provides a Free plan so that users can evaluate the service before purchasing. Due to the virtual nature of AI credits and their immediate activation upon purchase, sales are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be available in the circumstances stated in Paico's Refund Policy or when required by applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW
These Subscription Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.

Changes to the subscription terms
The Terms may occasionally be modified by Paico. Paico will update this page with the most recent version of the Terms whenever these changes are made.
