Subscription terms of Paico

You may access the AI design platform on this website paico.ai through Paico, subject to the following terms and restrictions.

Software and AI services copyright protection
Paico grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, global license to use the software and AI generation tools it provides to you as part of its services. The only goal of an authorized license is to give you the freedom to use and benefit from the Services as supplied by Paico.

Subscription license and AI credits
Upon registration, individual users can access our AI design platform on the website for free (with a limited amount of AI generation credits) without subscription charges. We impose monthly or annual subscription fees for higher AI processing capabilities, premium templates, and advanced export features.

Subscription details
Paico supports monthly and annual subscription payments for Paico AI Design. The price details and AI generation credit limits will refer to the "Pricing" page on paico.ai. Unused credits may or may not roll over to the next billing cycle depending on your specific plan.

Software and AI upgrades
The updates are for occasional improvements, enhancements, and development of the AI models and Service. This may take the form of bug fixes, better AI generation quality, or entirely new AI modules. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the Service.

User relationship termination
The Terms & Conditions will remain in effect until cancelled by either you or Paico. You can cancel your subscription and close your accounts for all of the Services you use by navigating to your account settings or notifying Paico at support@paico.ai. You will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period.

No liability for damages (including AI outputs)
Paico strives to provide high-quality design generation, but AI results can be unpredictable. Under no circumstances shall Paico be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind (including loss of business profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use this product, or relying on any AI-generated code or design assets.

Cancellation and refund
Paico offers a free trial or a free tier for customers to experience the AI capabilities directly from our site and make an informed purchase decision. Paico offers a limited money-back guarantee for its annual subscription plans under specific refundable circumstances. To stop paying for a subscription/cancel automatic renewal, please navigate to your "Workspace" > "Billing" > "Cancel Subscription".

GOVERNING LAW
These Subscription Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.

Changes to the subscription terms
The Terms may occasionally be modified by Paico. Paico will update this page with the most recent version of the Terms whenever these changes are made.
