Refund policy

Paico appreciates your support for our products. As with any shopping experience, terms and conditions need to be applied to transactions at Paico. Please note by ordering at Paico, or/and applying for a refund, you agree with Paico's Terms and Conditions and Paico's Privacy Policy.

Due to the virtual nature of Paico AI credits and their immediate activation upon purchase, all sales are non-refundable.

General refundable circumstances

  1. Purchase of the same product twice (duplicate order). In this case, Paico will refund one of the charges for you.

  2. Circumstances where the software services contain material defects, rendering you completely unable to use them;

  3. As otherwise specified in this Agreement;

  4. Situations where refunds are mandated by applicable laws and regulations;

  5. Other circumstances where Paico determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is eligible.

General non-refundable circumstances

  1. Failure to read the product description before purchasing and thus resulting in dissatisfaction with the AI-generated results or features. It is highly recommended to try the free version before making a purchase.

  2. Any refund requests regarding a complaint of credit card fraud, or other unauthorized payments. Paico recommends contacting the card issuer.

  3. Consumption of a large number of AI generation credits before requesting a refund.

How to apply for a refund?
To apply for a refund, please send an email to support@pixso.net with the following information:

  1. Your user ID

  2. Paico account email

  3. Order reference No.

  4. The subscription plan you purchased

  5. The specific reason for the refund

Once we've approved your refund request, we'll process your issue, which may take several business days. Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
